When you place an order or contact us, we collect only what is needed to serve you:

- Your delivery address and city
- The products you order and your order history with us
- Anything you write to us in a message, return request or contact form
All orders are Cash on Delivery, so we never ask for or store bank card, account or wallet details on this website.

- To confirm, pack and deliver your order
- To contact you about your order, delivery, return or exchange
- To answer your questions and give you support
- To keep our own business records (for example, invoices)
3. We do not share your data
Al Afnan Perfume Factory does not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with other companies, advertisers or anyone else.
The only time any detail leaves us is when it is needed to get your parcel to you: our courier partner (TCS / Leopards Courier) receives your name, phone number and delivery address, only to deliver your order. We would also share information if the law requires it.
4. Cookies
Our website uses a small cookie to remember the items in your shopping cart (for up to 30 days) and your currency choice. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
5. Keeping your data safe
Our website uses a secure, encrypted connection (https). Your details are stored on our protected server and can only be seen by authorised Al Afnan staff who need them to handle your order.

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you. Just message us and we will take care of it.
