All parcels are delivered by our courier partners TCS and Leopards Courier, with Cash on Delivery available all over Pakistan.
1. Courier partners
Every order is shipped through TCS or Leopards Courier. We choose the service that reaches your city best, so your parcel arrives safely and on time.
2. Where we deliver
We deliver to cities and towns all over Pakistan that are covered by TCS or Leopards Courier.
3. Processing and delivery time
- Orders are confirmed by our team (usually by phone or WhatsApp) and then packed and handed to the courier.
- Most orders reach major cities in about 2–5 working days; smaller towns and remote areas can take a little longer.
- Delays can happen during public holidays, bad weather or courier rush periods — we will keep you informed.
4. Payment
You pay in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives (Cash on Delivery). Any delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order.
5. Tracking your parcel
Once your parcel is booked, we can share the TCS / Leopards tracking number with you. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to get it.
6. Receiving your parcel
Please check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged, tell the courier and message us straight away with a photo.
